Yes over 3 years experience in recruitment and a further 3 years as a sales manager hiring staff.

on many occasions with our valued clients who are willing to provide a reference as well as building a sales team prior to my current role.

Nothing beats referrals from your network however most used platform is linkedin and a few trusted job boards

First starting point is to go back on my candidate database and see if there arnt any matches there. then a aggressive campaign to source on the various platforms.

its all about the candidate relationship keeping track of the best candidates in each industry. consistant touch points throughout their careers.
What interests you most about working in recruitment?
I have always been a bit of a middle man , there is no best middle man than recruitment finding the right people for the right roles.

I look forward to joining a brand that will give me the experience in the sales related market. I want to longterm become a full status recuriter and possibly my own franchise or agency at a later stage.
