What previous experience do you have in the real estate industry, particularly in sales or rental transactions?
I have worked in the real estate industry as an intern agent at Ponelopele Realty for 1 year and 6 months. I did cold calling contact cold leads regarding a possible sale or purchases. Later on once the academic year started I transitioned to rentals where I was responsible for marketing student accommodation and viewings as well as moving the tenants in as well as managing the accommodation.
Can you describe a successful real estate transaction you managed and the role you played in it?
In my first 6 months I managed to get a listing it was a cold call where I managed to find a possible seller. After transaction to rentals I managed to fill in the student accommodation that was giving to me with CUT students making me the first and only intern agent to get commission during our internship.

I am unsure about this question either it's about Sellers or Buyers. But regarding clients I have had numerous encounters with clients that have been willing to buy and sell or invest in the property industry which has shaped me because you learn how to deal with different personalities each time. As well as enhancing your experience in the industry.

Describe how you would approach generating new leads for selling a residential property.
I used a system called virtual agent where I would pull numbers phones of the owners of properties I would identify on prop 24. Where I found buyers as well as sellers a lot of the time I got clients that had never been approached before but want to buy. Marketing also plays a huge role the more you market and seen the more you can attract potential clients meaning you need to be active on social media platforms and on the ground.
Imagine a client is hesitant to make an offer on a property due to price concerns. How would you handle this situation?
Firstly I would need to make the client aware that the place is close to which amenities which has a major influence on the pricing of property and making them realize that the price also includes. The payments for the conveyor unless they want to use they're owe conveyor for the transaction.

No money should go into my owe account it should go into a trust account and I should be honest at all times and not mislead the clients for the sake of a sale and
What motivates you to work in the real estate industry, and how do you see yourself contributing to our team?
It was something I stumbled up on when I was trying to find my feet. Eventually I fell in love with it after getting to understand the markets and trends. I can definitely bring new clients and generate new leads either sellers or buyers once I hit the ground running I am motivated to make a mark in the industry all I need is a opportunity and the results will show.

I am trustworthy and competitive. I aim to add value to your team as well as build a stable relationship within your agency that helps us grow most importantly I want to make sales and happy clients.
